Las Vegas law firm Marquis & Aurbach has joined a class-action lawsuit against the Florida-based developer of the Vegas Grand luxury condominium project at Flamingo Road and Swenson Street , an attorney for the firm said Friday.
Craig Anderson said his firm filed a first amended complaint to the lawsuit brought last week by Las Vegas attorney George West after buyers were notified in a May 11 letter from developer Del American that their reservation agreements had been canceled.
They were given the option of purchasing the units at a higher price or getting a refund on their $25,000 deposit. The lawsuit seeks to enforce reservation agreements for individual purchasers. |
